“Was a patient for years, got into a huge accident that made me wake up paralyzed, it took a year to even heal fully. I ended up needing help with substance use so I did just that. I left a review last year after having some problems with getting my medicine refilled just once, and she decides to put down that I don't want treatment from her. Which is funny because I never Saud that. So I don't appreciate a Dr with this kind of power. Didn't even talk to me about it, like why so and so forth. So glad it's in my file. I deleted my review months ago and tried to get back in to see her, to see if we could just talk about it even and nope, her nurse was told I wasn't happy with the treatment. So here is what actually happened. I know for some this would be a embarrassing review but I'm done tiptoeing.”
