Dr. Dalai, the nurses, and the front office staff have all been absolutely phenomenal. Every person I’ve interacted with has been kind, compassionate, patient, and understanding. Mental health care can feel incredibly vulnerable, and having a team that makes you feel safe and respected makes such a difference.
