“Very mixed feelings on this place. On one hand, some of the staff has been excellent and I enjoy the current provider I'm seeing. On the other hand, some of the staff don't seem to want to be there and are very obviously miserable when you talk to them. I've heard fromt office staff gossiping about patients. I guess they recently got a new billing system and they didn't inform anyone about that via text, email, or phone call. I only owe one copay from a previous appointment so its not a huge deal. Just doesn't seem professional when a week has gone by and no one is notified. If you can find a good provider here I think it's an alright place, but I am not sure this is the best work environment. The staff seems very toxic. The atmosphere just seems heavy when you walk in and I always walk out wishing I hadn't come.”

“Dr Leigh Anne Bennett and Nurse Larry are the kindest of kind. I’ve seen Dr Bennett for my psych meds for many years and would trust her with my life. That doesn’t mean I get my way or can manipulate her, oh no no!! She treats me for my best good and is always honest with me while doing so. Larry is kind. I don’t know him well. The office has as a share of struggles but Dominique is a trusted staff member I can depend on to answer most of my questions. I have to rate them a 5 in care. C”

“Arkansas Pyschiatric Clinic is a good place to go if you are experiencing any kind of mental health. The Therapists are wonderful, caring people. All of the staff is friendly, very helpful and kind. I have used APC for years off and on. No other clinic compares to the kindness and helpfulness and willingness to help you. I will not go to any other clinic for my mental health.”
