“I left because I didn’t feel safe and they wouldn’t stop pushing religion on me. Their nurses are actually a foreign call center with limited English capabilities. I asked (and asked and asked) if I could see their nursing credentials but kept getting the runaround. I just didn’t feel safe talking about my medication with people who could hardly communicate. It shows how little they care about the patient. They sent all their patients an email about “the prophecies of Jesus” and have a section of their waiting room devoted to religious tracts. They are unprofessional, over-stretched and under-staffed. There are so many better counseling services in the area.”

“My rating is subject to change once we actually get seen. We arrived for the first appointment with consent forms signed, as instructed. Checked in front desk and took a seat. We checked with the office once we were sitting 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. At that point, we were waiting for 30 minutes. Reception apologized and stated the system glitched and didn’t tell the provider that we were there. The provider refused to see us at that point, although there were still 45 minutes reserved for my appointment, and if they have to have 60 because of “insurance requirements”, they could get 60, considering it was their mistake and we waited 30 minutes with the early arrival (as instructed) and waiting to be pulled back. Reception was kind and apologetic, even though I did hear the whisper “what’s she doing? Sleeping back there?” It really made it seem that the provider was who chose to send us away, despite us meeting the requirements with forms and arrival time and their system making the mistake. I took off work for this appointment and rescheduling is not a reasonable accommodation for still having 45 minutes reserved for my appointment time. It would be different if someone was sick or there was an extenuating circumstance. I understand cancels happen. This seemed lazy.”
