“This place will make you sit in a waiting room even if you have an appointment for 30min-60min and then after that they take you to just another waiting room where you wait another hour with other people like the first waiting room before you go to the final small waiting room to wait and see your therapist. I walked up to the front my second time there and asked for an ETA since I made an appointment and they were now late ( if I had been 30 min late they would’ve canceled my appointment and billed me 50$ but they can just take all the time they want?) and they said they couldn’t give me one so I asked so if I asked you if my therapist will be able to see me for my appointment in the next SIX hours you still wouldn’t answer that? That’s all it took I walked out. Don’t waste your time they are stuck up and don’t appreciate their clients time at all.”

“The front desk woman, I believe her name is Veronica. She is very rude and unwilling do deviate from the 3-7 buttons that she’s been trained to push. I called to get my records more than 5 times and every time I got Veronica on the phone she would tell me she is “unsure of how to retrieve those for you.” I’m not here as a patient really anymore I just needed my records and a letter saying that I have been treated here in over 3 years and they made me reinstate myself as a new patient. It very obvious that they only care about money and not patient care.”

“I was told to come to the clinic anytime before 3 and we would be seen on a walk in basis. We arrived at 2 pm and the lady scheduling the appt for my son said we are short-staffed today so we are going to have to schedule you an appt and I didn't like that plus the place looked rundown. The waiting room was tiny and my son says this looks like a mental institution. He noticed it immediately and said boy I'm glad you didn't make me go there. I was so scared. Anyway I would tell people to stay away.”

“Keep your family away, they just bill your insurance over and over and over and over and over and over and over for more visits than any reputable doctor would ever require. Then tried to bill me for services not received, refusing to give up on it. Places like this make NWA look predatory. They might not care about that.”
