“He's aggressive, rude, abrupt, and abusive to his staff. Sometimes the office phone goes unanswered for weeks at a time, emails are never looked at, and he's constantly late for appointments. He spent several minutes screaming at his front desk lady cause I came in unannounced after being unable to reach the office or receive a callback for 3 weeks, and I insisted my issue be resolved right then. I couldn't see them at all, but I could definitely hear him and when she came back to the lobby she was nearly in tears. When I came in two weeks later for my actual appointment, she was absent and seemed to have been absent for several days at least. I hope he didn't fire her cause of me, she was the only good thing about that office.”

“Pharmacology is all he does. I was a patient for close to 10 years. I remember when they got their first credit card machine. He’s just OK as a doctor. His notes aren’t legible and his “newer” staff had attitude with me when I asked the doctor if he would tell her to stop asking personal questions. He said some people tell her more than me, and I said I was here and paying to see the doctor and not the receptionist.(🌹) Walking a tightrope with HIPPA. My last visit for the first time he basically did a pitch for some new inhaled medication and he acted like he was a drug rep. It was odd. Don’t settle for OK with your doctors. I moved 2 years ago so I’m out of that mess. Hope this message helps.”
