“I keep leaving voicemails, but no one ever calls back. I call to schedule an appointment and it goes to voicemail every time. My spouse has had a positive experience before, but how can I coordinate his care if no one answers the phone. Edited on June 18, 2026 If you press the option to go to scheduling, it goes to Shannon Stubblefield's voicemail and they never return calls. This has been ongoing for more than two weeks. I was able to contact someone today by pressing the intake nurse option. Your phone system needs correction. Additionally, think about clients who are missing/delaying care because of the phone system. Dr. Selvy is great, I should add. Please correct your phone system and the prompts.”
