“My son was suppose to have an appt back in March, they called the morning off and had to reschedule, okay thats okay. June came around to his second appt.,they called again the day off, had to reschedule cause the Dr. Cox was not going to be in. July he was suppose to have an appt., called the morning to get rescheduled. So I rescheduled with a different provider, the office sent a link to go into the Telahealth, that didnt work, my husband called and the front desk lady said we never finished the paper work??? And I wouldnt be so frustrated if my son didnt need his medication refilled, and i expressed that this last phone call but seems like they don't care. We never stepped foot into this office yet and its already not professional. Don't recommend.”

“The initial paperwork process was a lot, they made it digestible with timely notifications and reminder. The staff was friendly and professional, the waiting room was clean and comfortable. Linda West was thorough in her review of me and my needs. Although this was my first visit, I have confidence that they will keep the bar high!”

“Scheduling is a nightmare. Good luck trying to communicate with the anyone that answers the phone including the “nurse”. They don’t listen 75 percent of what you say and then make up their own narrative. VERY poor communication. Sad because the actual providers seem decent”

“10/10 WITH ALL OF ME I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND This is the worst place ever!!! The fact that I just drove 2hrs to this appointment because it was an a wreck on the highway an I’m calling to let you guys know that it was a wreck on the highway we was as close as 3 mins over the 10 minutes late policy! The fact that I’m coming to you guys for anxiety an mental health an you guess shown no care at all. When people on the highway wreck probably lost there life’s but this shows you don’t care about mental health you care about the money! This was the most unprofessional treatment I’ve ever experienced! To drive from fort smith an to be turned around wasted people time an money is not fair! I DEFINITELY WOULD NIT RECOMMEND!!! If your dealing with mental health issues this is not your place to attend!!!!”
